Three ways to stay
ahead.

Everything in FORGEHAUS is designed for operators who are actively building, not just watching from the sidelines.

Daily

Peer discussions

A private community where ecommerce operators share what they are actually trying with AI. Real questions, real experiments, real answers. No vendors, no pitches, no noise.

Every Thursday

The AI Brief

A curated WhatsApp message covering what is new in AI that actually matters for ecommerce that week. Filtered, explained, and relevant to how you operate. Two minutes to read.

Monthly

Dinners

Small, intimate dinners in cities across Europe. 10 to 15 operators around a table. No agenda, no slides. Just honest conversation about building in the age of AI.

Built for operators,
not observers.

FORGEHAUS is not a newsletter or a conference. It is a working community for people who are in the middle of figuring out how AI changes ecommerce, and who want to do that alongside peers doing the same.

We keep it small on purpose. Quality of conversation matters more than size of audience. Every new member is reviewed before joining.

01

You work in ecommerce or DTC

Founders, heads of ecommerce, operators, and senior team members at DTC and ecommerce businesses. Not investors, not consultants, not vendors.

02

You are actively building with AI

You have deployed something, are mid-experiment, or are about to start. Curious-but-waiting is not quite the right fit yet.

03

You were referred or we know you

Most members join via a referral from someone already inside. We also invite people whose work we follow. Cold applications are reviewed but take longer.

The AI Brief.
Two minutes.

Each Thursday, members receive a WhatsApp message covering the three or four AI developments that actually matter for ecommerce that week. Not a dump of every AI news item. A filtered, explained, so-what summary.

What gets covered: new model capabilities with ecommerce applications, tools worth testing, results shared by members, and one thing to watch.

Members forward it to their teams. Some use it as the weekly AI update for their whole company.

FORGEHAUS Brief Thursday, 5 June
Perplexity adds shopping in EU
Product discovery is shifting away from Google. DTC brands should test how their products appear in AI search before they lose the traffic.
OpenAI releases real-time voice API
Early adopters are testing it for returns and order queries. Around 40% reduction in support tickets in early tests.
Shopify Magic gets meaningfully better
New product and email generation is good enough to replace a separate tool for most teams. Worth testing this week.

Dinners across
Europe.

Small dinners in key cities. Members only. No agenda, no sponsor logos, no keynotes. Just a table of people figuring out the same things.

A few things that
make it work.

No vendors or pitches
Only operators. No one is here to sell you something. That is what makes the conversations honest.
Curated, not crowded
We review every application and grow slowly on purpose. Quality of conversation beats size of audience.
Chatham House rules
What is said in the community stays there. Members share openly because they know it is between peers.
Europe-first
Built for European ecommerce operators. The brief, the dinners, and the conversations reflect that context.
